FTN Maker is built to help you move from a rough idea to a more usable music request without needing to guess every setting manually. Use the steps below as the basic workflow for getting started.
Getting Started
- Create an account or start the available trial, then enter the main studio.
- Choose Quick mode if you want a faster workflow, or Studio mode if you want deeper control over the request.
- Start from a genre card, prompt template, or your own caption idea to define the direction of the track.
Writing a Good Prompt
- Describe the musical style, mood, energy, vocal type, and overall finish you want.
- Add useful direction such as club energy, cinematic tone, emotional tension, summer vibe, or melodic lift when relevant.
- If needed, use the caption enhancement tools to turn a rough idea into a more detailed generation brief.
Lyrics and Vocal Control
- Use Auto Lyrics if you want FTN Maker to prepare lyrics from the prompt and vocal language settings.
- Use Manual Lyrics if you already have your own text and want direct control over what gets sung.
- Choose the vocal language carefully, since it affects lyric guidance, prompt shaping, and the final singing direction.
Generation Settings
- Set duration, BPM, key, structure, workflow type, and any source-audio options before generating.

- Do not present generated content as cleared for commercial release automatically. Review every output yourself before publishing, distributing, or monetizing it.
- If you are experimenting with artist-inspired prompts, keep them broad and style-oriented rather than trying to recreate a specific copyrighted work or a misleading imitation of a real artist release.

Use of Service
- You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, uploads, source files, and other content you submit through the platform.
- You may not use FTN Maker to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of other people or companies.
- You should only upload or submit material that you have the right to use, edit, remix, or process inside the service.
- Generated output quality may vary depending on prompts, settings, style choices, workflow type, and system availability. FTN Maker does not guarantee that every result will match a specific commercial, legal, or artistic expectation.
- Credits, plans, feature access, generation costs, usage limits, and availability may change over time as the product evolves.
Payments and Billing
- When paid plans are enabled, payment processing, tax handling, receipts, chargeback handling, and parts of billing operations may be handled through Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record.
- For applicable purchases, customers may complete checkout with Lemon Squeezy, and the payment transaction may be processed through Lemon Squeezy rather than directly through FTN Maker.
- Pricing, subscription tiers, included credits, and feature access may be presented inside FTN Maker, but the final checkout and charge records may be issued through Lemon Squeezy where applicable.
- Failed payments, payment method issues, taxes, currency handling, and billing support may depend in part on Lemon Squeezy systems and policies where those systems are used.
Subscription Renewals
- If recurring plans are enabled, subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Renewal timing, invoice handling, and card rebilling behavior may be governed by the checkout and billing infrastructure active at the time of purchase, including Lemon Squeezy where applicable.
- It is your responsibility to review your active plan, renewal timing, and billing status before the next renewal date.
Refunds
- Refund availability may depend on the specific plan, promotional offer, credit usage state, and the refund rules active at the time of purchase.
- Where Lemon Squeezy processes a purchase, refund handling may also be affected by Lemon Squeezy refund and chargeback processes.
- FTN Maker may choose to offer, deny, or review refund requests based on usage history, fraud risk, abuse concerns, duplicate purchases, and whether digital credits or access have already been consumed.
User Content
- You remain responsible for ensuring that your submitted content and intended use of generated output comply with applicable laws, licenses, and third-party rights.
- FTN Maker may remove, restrict, or refuse content or activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or incompatible with the intended operation of the service.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
- You may not upload, submit, generate, publish, sell, or distribute content through FTN Maker in a way that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, neighboring rights, or other intellectual property rights.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining any permissions, clearances, licenses, or approvals needed for lyrics, source recordings, reference audio, brand names, artwork, samples, stems, voices, or other material you use with the service.
- Using FTN Maker does not transfer ownership of third-party material to you and does not make third-party works free to use.
- FTN Maker may reject, remove, block, or limit content that appears to copy or misuse protected songs, recordings, lyrics, artist branding, logos, or other proprietary material.
Artist References and Style Requests
- Prompts may describe general genres, moods, instrumentation, eras, or broad creative influences, but you may not use FTN Maker to request a near-copy of a specific copyrighted song or a misleading imitation of an identifiable commercial release.
- You should avoid prompts that ask for a track to be the same as, identical to, or indistinguishable from a real copyrighted work, album cut, soundtrack cue, or commercially released vocal.
- Where the platform allows style-oriented prompting, it is intended for broad creative direction rather than for cloning a protected work or falsely suggesting endorsement by a real artist, label, or rights holder.
DMCA and Takedown Requests
- FTN Maker may review and act on notices alleging copyright infringement, including requests to remove or restrict allegedly infringing content, outputs, uploads, or related account activity.
- Where required or appropriate, FTN Maker may preserve records relevant to a complaint, disable access to disputed material, and contact the submitting user for additional information.
- Before or at public launch, FTN Maker should publish a dedicated copyright contact method and, if needed for the live service model, maintain an appropriate takedown process consistent with applicable law.
Repeat Infringer and Abuse Policy
- Accounts associated with repeated infringement complaints, repeated unauthorized uploads, repeated brand misuse, or repeated attempts to generate infringing material may be suspended or terminated.
- FTN Maker may also limit credits, disable uploads, pause subscriptions, or block future purchases where abuse, fraud, or repeated rights violations are reasonably suspected.
No Legal Clearance Guarantee
- FTN Maker does not guarantee that generated outputs are non-infringing, royalty-free, commercially clear, safe to sample, safe to distribute, or safe to monetize in every jurisdiction or platform context.
- You remain responsible for obtaining your own legal, licensing, and release review where needed before public release, DSP distribution, sync use, advertising use, or commercial exploitation.
Termination
- FTN Maker may suspend or terminate access to the service if an account appears to be used for abuse, fraud, repeated policy violations, payment abuse, security threats, or other harmful conduct.
- You may stop using the service at any time, but ending use does not automatically reverse valid charges, completed purchases, or already-consumed credits unless an applicable refund policy says otherwise.
- Access to some account data, generations, or credits may be limited after account suspension, service shutdown, or policy enforcement actions.
Disclaimers
- FTN Maker is provided on an as available and as offered basis. Features may change, improve, regress, pause, or be removed as the product develops.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect lyric quality, perfect musical quality, or compatibility with every workflow or device.
- Generated content may require user review, editing, or additional quality control before public release, commercial use, or redistribution.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, FTN Maker is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
- This includes, by way of example, loss of revenue, loss of expected profit, loss of data, lost time, commercial disappointment, or issues arising from prompts, uploads, or generated output.
- If liability is imposed despite the above, it should be limited as far as applicable law allows to the amount paid by the user to FTN Maker for the relevant paid service period giving rise to the claim.
User Responsibility and Indemnification
- You agree that you are responsible for your own prompts, uploads, generation requests, releases, and commercial use decisions.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold FTN Maker harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms or third-party rights.
Service Changes and Access
- FTN Maker may update, limit, suspend, or remove access in cases involving abuse, fraud, security risk, platform misuse, payment problems, or behavior that threatens the service or other users.
- The service may be updated, paused, tested, or modified at any time, including changes to prompt logic, generation flow, credit rules, available adapters, account systems, and release features.
- By continuing to use FTN Maker after updates are published, you accept the latest version of these terms as they apply to the live service.
FTN Maker stores and processes the information reasonably needed to operate the platform, deliver generations, manage accounts, and improve workflow reliability.
This may include information you provide directly, information generated during your session, and limited technical information required to keep the service functioning properly.
Data We Collect
- Account information such as email address, artist or studio name, plan status, and credit balance may be used to identify your account and manage access.
- Prompts, lyrics, generation settings, uploads, edit sources, and other job-related inputs may be processed so FTN Maker can create results and support workflow features.
- Generated outputs, task history, and usage metadata may be stored to let you review results, manage sessions, and improve overall product stability.
- Local browser storage may be used to remember preferences, studio settings, and interface state for convenience on the same device or browser.
How We Use Data

- Where Lemon Squeezy is used as merchant of record, certain billing-related customer information and transaction records may be processed according to Lemon Squeezy’s own buyer, payment, tax, and compliance obligations.

- FTN Maker may share limited information with service providers, infrastructure vendors, payment partners, and operational tools when reasonably necessary to run the platform, support users, process payments, or protect the service.
- Reasonable technical and operational measures may be used to protect account information and platform data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
